How much would rent be?

A good portion of 3 bed rooms cost around 25/30 thousands per month for house, 10-15 thousand for flats infront of khanqah Ashraf ul madaris, the area is very peace ful and mashallah hakim Akhtar sahibs khanqah is very near.

How far is that from the binori town area? And how far is it from saddar?

They are not just close, they are right next to one another. When i was young i used to think prolly ahsanul uloom is a salafi masjid as i couldn't understand the logic behind such big masajids located in one area. Mashaallah a blessed area truely. Saddar is at the other end. Binori town is at 20mins drive. Darul uloom is quite far. Its not in the main city. Yeah i forgot, 5 -10 mins drive from ahsanul uloom is masjid baitul mukarram. This is also run by Hazrat Taqi Usmani and ppl. He often comes on fridays. MashAllah

Could you please give me directions to ahsanul uloom? If one is coming from Gulshan Chowrangi, they will have to go straight towards Samdani Hospital, right? Does ahsanul uloom come after it or somewhere in between?

What age limit for girls do ahsanul uloom set. Do they allow over age 20 students or not?
PS: and how many years is their idaadiya program? Is it one year or three?

Come to Samdani Signal from Gulshan Chowrangi, to your right you'll find Rabb Medical Centre. Now you are standing at the signal. You can turn left, right, go straight or make a U-turn. You make a right. The road will take you into the residential area. Then 2nd right and you are there at Ahsanul Uloom. If you take the first right, you'll find Hazrat Hakeem Akhtar db's khanqah Ashraful madaris.

In simple terms, both the masajids are at the backside of Rabb Medical centre. Ek gali me ek, dusri gali me Ahsanul Uloom.Main road p, Rabb medical centre.

Also, if you need any sort of books for your Ilm, take the first right towards Ashraful madaris. You'll find some makatibs over there. "Kutub khana Mazhari" is a good one. You'll also find HG's books over there.
