even hitting slave was forbidden by that time, and how come forcing slave for sex became legal....slave is not such property that you can used them as you like, they were your brother, sister etc, if you force them then it's the same as you force your sister...

Your slaves are your brothers and Allah has put them under your command. So whoever has a brother under his command should feed him of what he eats and dress him of what he wears. Do not ask them (slaves) to do things beyond their capacity (power) and if you do so, then help them.’ Bukhari, Vol.1, Book 2, #29
so dont pull a single ayah for interpertations, whole context were in both surah 4:24 and 4:25, not just 4:24

and it's all about Marriage not forcing sex to his own "sisters".....

and in islam, slave have the right of marriage, so if slave girl married to some other slave or free muslim in same muslims territory, than if the master having sex with her, then it is zinah....

Thank you brother. I was asking a wrong question hence the misunderstanding. I forgot that a Muslim can't enslave another Muslim, hence the confusion. As per a captured woman in a battlefield, I don't have any problem with a sexual relationship between her master and her, since her marriage will be anulled anyways once she's in a Muslim state, and once she is assigned by the Khalifah of the time to her owner. Verses and fatwas from scholars are very clear on this regard.

    Thanks.
