Assalaamu 'alaykum wa rahmatullaahi wa barakaatuh,
i know gelatin, cheddar cheese, and coca cola are haraam, but im not sure about rennet? if it is, then wat makes it haraam (ie, is it made from animals or wat)? are there any other common ingredients that someone living in the West should know are haraam?
