I would like to share a health tip I recently started practicing on, Its adding homemade yoghurt to your breakfast menu, what you have to do is leave the yoghurt for preparation before you go to sleep (jhaag laga ker rakh dena)..And eat it fresh for breakfast, make sure no one refrigerates it before you eat it. If you can manage making yoghurt at home, this is going to keep you fresh and energetic all day, cure all your digestive/wudhu issues if you have any. It keeps you well-hydrated and you can feel the strength in your bones an hour after having it.
Ok this might be an outdated suggestion and many might already be practicing upon it, but those of you who are not having fresh yoghurt for breakfast are missing out on something really beneficial for your deen and dunya (not exagerrating)
