Are you saying benefits in following the sunnah example applying oil to head.

I mean if you are having lots of problems of whispers ( Like I had ) apply oil to head.

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.

It is not permissible to pray the Sunnah prayers while the Imām is delivering the Arabic Khutbah. One should pray the Sunnah after completing the Jummah Salāh with congregation.[1]
