Excellent. I especially like that one of your blogs is devoted to lessons in Arabic based on "Lisanul Quran" as I feel it is both underutilized and under appreciated here among English speakers.

Regarding the Qasas books, well, I really don't think that they need any introduction or high praise from me. They are amazing and incredibly useful for students of Arabic.

Surprisingly enough, the new forum which we all were quite excited about and were very keen to benefit from has fallen into a deep slumber. I can understand all of us are busy and have personal and/or professional commitments and all, but we can at least drop a line, asking any question or sharing any piece of information ( how insignificant or oh-they-would-already-know-this it may seem), from time to time....

I suggest the moderator of this new forum ( http://learnarabiconyourown.forumotion.com/ ) make it open for all, so anyone would be able to put forth a query and then, any self-learner from the current members may go ahead and answer it, or even initiate a discussion on that topic for everybody else to contribute to.

I will do my best to grab the moderator's attention (he is quite the busy man) and let him know of your suggestion and/or direct him to this thread.

I myself am also guilty of not contributing to the forum and, insha'allah, after about two weeks (which is when I will finish the first party of my qualifying exams), I will do my best to start contributing there.
