Is it permissable to fast from food, but at the time when to take medication.
Or will you be excused that ramadan because of medical needs
also in a side note can a non muslim attend the mosque and fast with muslims during ramadan

salaam -
not sure exactly what you are asking, but my understanding as a lay-person:
oral medication would break the fast as it is entering the gastrointestinal tract; if you need to take medication twice a day, you could take it before suhoor and after iftar; three times or more a day, you may have an excuse if a muslim doctor says you require the medication and that you are therefore excused from fasting....
non-muslims are allowed in the mosque and can fast; it may be a good dawah for them...
