    Default Halal Tuna?

What tuna`s halal? i.e. the branded stuff like Princes, John West, Asda branded, The Reel Fish co.

Whats it better in like brine, spring water, sunflower oil.

Im not sure as there are a lot of stuff out there 2 choose from. Iv checked muslim consumer group and they dont have the info.

What branded tuna do you eat that is halal. im in the uk and asda is the closest market to purchase from.

    Any Clue?

    Asslamu Alaikum

What ingredients do they put in tuna that would make it doubtful/haram?

According to the South African National Halaal Authority, John West canned Tuna sold in South Africa is halaal suitable. Either variation whether in Brine or Salt Water.

In SA the " Lucky Star " canned Tuna is certified halaal by the Muslim Judicial Council of South Africa

Tuna in brine is good for you, avoid others.

Also all tuna is halal, as it's fish, the rest Allah knows best.
