I am afraid this conflict is now so huge that Allah alone can deal with it. Letīs hope that the international community does not let more Syrians die. As of now, I pray for our fellow brothers and sisters in Syria, but I donīt know what else could be done.

Are there any charitable organizations helping in Syria now?

The reason for all trouble on earth, is that people have lost sight of their Lord’s Will behind all events. They have lost sight of the hand of the One Who is testing them through those events. They have stopped seeing events as tests from their Lord. Therefore they continue failing those tests. "

I asked this type of a question from a scholar. He replied, if you can have the courage and the will to perform hijrat and fight for the ummah, do it instantly. If you do not regard yourself as one of those people then remember the oppressed Muslims in your duas, keeping mind that going out to fight against the oppressors is a much more rewarded deed then remembering them in Dua.
    And Allah knows best.

Masha'Allah scholars as this still exist, then!

May I ask you in which country this scholar live? Asking for his identity may be dangerous for his safety, so I'm just interested in the country he lives in..

Mashallah. But what if both sides of the conflict are Muslim?

If both sides are Muslims, in the case of fronts like Pakistan and Yemen then you will have to identify who is fighting for the ahl e batil (which is America/NATO in all cases) and who is fighting against them.
The scholars since the salaf unanimously agree to the fact that if a Muslim sides with the Jews/Christians against Muslims, he will be regarded as from those Jews/christians and not from Muslim Ummah. Thus, Qitaal and Jihad will be obligatory against them.
Read Surah Maidah Ayah 51 from the Tafasir, you will find this in detail.
Even the scholars of our times say this openly. I asked this from my Sheikh (i.e the same aalim I quoted) and he categorically stated that Jihad will be Jaiz against the group who sides with ahl e Batil!
    And Allah knows best.
