Exclamation I doubt if my wudu was proper, need guidance

    Assalamu alaikum,

Today after Zuhr prayer, I used super glue for fixing stuff and little drops of it fell on my palm. It soon dried and I couldn't get rid of it. Tried rubbing but didn't work (shud have tried harder, I'm sorry i didn't).

Afterwards, I forgot about that and did wudu for Asr prayer and prayed the salat.

When there's super glue on your skin, it prevents water from reaching the skin surface. So my Wudu was not proper right?

Right now, I've just offered my Esha salat and figured out there are more drops of dried super glue on my palm. Which means, my Asr and Maghrib prayer was not acceptable at all.

Brothers, I think I have seriously messed things up this time. Please let me know if I have to say my Asr and Maghrib salat over again and seriously repent to ALLAH.

I'm gonna do that anyway but just to be sure, tell me what you know about this issue and present documents in favour of your 'opinion' if your able to do that.

    Salam.

One scholar was delivering a lecture and said that if a person has paint or things similar to that on the wudhu parts and tries their utmost to take it off, and it still doesn't come off, then it is perfectly fine to make wudhu in such a condition and the wudhu will be valid. He told me that the ruling is mentioned in Beheshti Zewar.

    As Salamu alaikum.

Thanks for your reply. Your opinion makes perfect sense.

Also, the last ayat of sura baqarah says that we are forgiven incase we forget or sin by mistake. But still, there's no harm in repenting (tawba) and if there's any violation caused then that could mean a disaster for me on the day of judgement.

Repentance is something that is dear to Allah Ta'ala. Here is the best dua for repentance: http://www.sunniforum.com/forum/show...-and-Magrib%29
