regarding banning:

what are the criteria/rules and regulations of banning.

what i know banning is not a peekaboo/pick and choose game...so i would like to know the criteria of banning a person.
since i observe some folks on this forum are far worse than banned members and how come some mischief folks are being left unleashed all over the forum to harass,to use bad language and to disrespect their fellow beings...these folks should be banned ...not only on this forum but also from the society...therefore i want to know strictly the criteria of banning..

Like calling fellow muslims very cheap attitude folks and so on. It is definitely not a good language.
Mods should have reason banning certain people. If you find some posts bad, you should report to the mods.

i don't think i opened this thread just for fun or to have vague argument with some people..but i opened this thread for very important issue..

As Islam teaches Justice..so again i need to know the detail official criteria in banning a person...

Some Mods here are okay, but there are others who are definitely trigger happy, if you disagree with them bamm! you're gone!

I think the forum rules cover these things. As long as we abide by the rules, I don't think any moderator would ban a member.

That said, I try to remind myself that I am a guest here - even though I am listed as a member. This isn't my personal space plus there are so many different people accessing these forums that I can't assume everyone is like me. I don't envy the work of the moderators... they have a hard task and alhamdulillah for them and everyone who contributes here in whatever administrative/scholarly/knowledgeable capacity. We do not have access to the amount of information they do so we can not assume things. Personally, all I have to do is check myself every so often so I don't get too comfortable in this space, try my best to follow the rules and remain respectful to other members/guests, and take/give what I can.
