Alhamdulillah, I was able to take a few courses through Zaynab Academy Online, including tafsir of selected surahs. As far as I know, there is no requirement for you to be a Muslim in order to take these courses (online). Mind you, the pace may not be what you are looking for and perhaps the course(s) will not cover the entire Qur'an but it is a way to engage with knowledgeable teachers while learning. That said, I don't know if the teachers have knowledge of the Bible. This is just one other option, in addition to the excellent suggestion from brother Sulaiman84, you might want to keep in mind.

I had seen Shaykh Husain's tafsir program on his website and also Shaykh Kamaluddin's tafsir recordings too (here). There are recordings from others out there too. I haven't listened to any of them in detail but would like to do so... systematically insha'Allah. So here is yet another option you might want to consider: if you like, we could do so simultaneously and perhaps with others on SF too, and insha'Allah some knowledgeable Muslims can help us work through it (however slow we go). Depending on whether or not we can get someone to help us out, I would be up for something like this insha'Allah... I would love to learn more.

Perhaps some of these would be helpful in your learning.

Peace.
