There is a option like one can can buy a land paying money in instalments but the total amount paid will be more than what will be paid without instalments. Now the question is, the extra amount that will be paid, will it be interest?
Normally when we pay the net amount, we buy the land with the present market value but then when it comes to instalments, which will be paid over a period of time, say 1 year, then normally the land rate increases over a year, so will this extra money that is paid in instalments won't be like interest but justified?
Kindly clarify if it is allowed to buy land in instalments?
