Mufti Husain and Talfiq

I would like to humbly request Mufti Husain saheb to write a comprehensive article / book on Talfiq as his answer on the thread Talfiq in joining salat is scattered. if

It is difficult to present the view of Mufti saheb to others, because of all the other posts in between.

Also, is there any update on the work of Imam Ibrahim Biri?

Could you please explain this in greater detail? And where is the source for this? Is this accepted by both the mutaqaddimin and mutaakhirin imams? Is this also accepted by the Arab Hanafi Ulema or only the Indian sub-continent Ulema?
