Does Islam allowed for Insure?

Assalamu alaikum Dear Brothers & Sisters,

Please let me know that does Islam allow to Insure the goods?

Because Recently I'm working at an export firm, where we use to make insure our exporting goods for the safety of future risks but also I don't feel satisfaction on my self in this matter so that as a Muslim I'm willing to know and get a Fathwa regarding this that, can we make Insurance on goods or can't?

Also please show me some Sahih hadeeths in this matter.
