opion required to relocate to UK for kids better religious/general education

Aslaamu Alaikum

I have a 2 kids. Daughter (3 years), Son (1.6 years). I am wishing to move to UK from Ireland for kids better Islamic/general education. Which part of UK would be better ? I have the following points in mind :-

1- easy access to quality education institutes
2 - better quality of life with good neighborhood i.e. low crime rate area
3 - where I can find people who are attached with dawah/Khanqah

I`ll highly appreciate your kind feedback.

If you are Deobandi inclined you may like Leicester.

Yes, I am from Muslim Family and also deobandi inclined
