    With the grace of Almighty Allah, Al-Salam Institute has been running courses in Advanced Islamic Sciences for the last six years, under the guidance of Shaykh Akram Nadwi. Over these years we have completed the major classical texts from the curriculum of a traditional 'Alimiyyah degree. Our students have also been trained by Shakyh Akram in specialised subject areas, such as Al-asma al Rijal and Advanced level comparative Fiqh. This year they will be undertaking the examination for the final year of the 'Alimiyyah course, similar to that of Nadwatul 'Ulama, India; in order to celebrate our students' successful completion of the 'Aalim programme we will be holding a graduating ceremony.
    "Invite (people) to the way of your Lord with wisdom and good counsel. And argue with them in the best of manners. Surely, your Lord knows best the one who deviates from His way, and He knows best the ones who are on the right path"[16:125]
