"Aanadeyo Aanado..." Powerful Hazrat Umar Naat....help!!

When I was at uni I remember listening to a really powerful naat/nasheed in Punjabi about Hazrat Umar.
I have recently remembered how powerful it is and wish to locate it.
All I remember is that the singer has a really powerful Punjabi voice and he almost shouts the naat out and it relates to the whole life story of Hazrat Umar (raa) from him before Islam to his shahadat. I think it may have been recorded at one of those ‘Sahaba’ rallies in Pakistan…but I’m not sure.

The chorus is memorable as it goes…”Aanadeyo, aanado, koli sada anado….izzat islam di wapas ana janade… Aanadeyo, aanado, koli sada anado”

Can anyone possibly help me locate it?
