Br. if you post a recomendation after posting the request yourself, it will be very wrong of you.

I recommend Kashful Bari of Maulana Saleemullah Khan Saheb. The urdu is very easy to understand and the write up is very nicely formatted.

If you want a bit older style, try Anwarul Bari of Allama Kashmiri r.a

Nope there is no better Sharh in Udru. Go to Brelwi forum if you want a Brelwi one, this forum is run by True Sunnis, Ahle Sunnat.
It is reported from Abu Umamah from the Prophet (Sallallahu 'Alayhi WaSallam) that he said:

    اتَّقُوا فِرَاسَةَ الْمُؤْمِنِ ، فَإِنَّهُ يَنْظُرُ بِنُورِ اللَّهِ

" Fear the Insight of the Believer, for verily he sees with the Light of God"

To be honest I don't know of any good sharhs in English, perhaps Mufti Abu Hajira sahib or someone else can help.

Perhaps you can dig out one of Ahmad Raza Khan Barelwi's commentaries or hashiyas, which he apparently wrote.
"When a foolish person speaks, do not reply to him, for better than responding to him is to remain silent. If you speak to him, you have assisted him, but if you ignore him, he dies out of extreme grief." Imam Al-Shaafi'i (rahimahullah)
