Salam.
I go the masjid all the time - well, not as much as I should, but often enough.
But when I pray at home, it's usually with my wife standing completely behind, and my son (5 yrs old) standing next to me or her.
Bonds you together like nothing else.

If you have a fight, there is nothing like a salah in congregation to bring you back together - not always immediately, though. But the seeds of softening is sown in the salah.
