The above statement is wrong. The person should continue reading salaah, have a big beard and continue with any other Islamic injunction but he must try and inculcate humanity into his heart. Following your line of reasoning should a person who does not have the quality of humanity start to drink alcohol, commit zina etc...??

This line of reasoning is a deception of Shaytaan in an attempt to take you away from the aspects that you are practising. Continue with what you are doing and expend the utmost effort in improving in the areas that you are lacking.

Asalamu Alaykum and Ramadhan Kareem

Our Foodbank Project is well under way.

Our first collection at Birmingham Central Masjid was held on the 20th July and we collected 252kg of food. That food has since been given to an organisation working with vulnerable women.

Our second collection on 27th July at Birmingham Central Mosque brought in 507kg of food. Masha Allah.

I request all brothers and Sisters to partake in this blessed opportunity.

Our goal is to create a central food bank where everyone can take from and it will be set up across the country inshallah.

They're both different aspects of Islam:

1) Huqooq ullah (Rights of Allah)
2) Huqooq ul-'Ibaad (Rights of Humans)

and Islam stresses on the importance of both equally.

Salams Aww man this makes me so sad and upset. It's shocking that out of 1600 mosques none of them helped. Anyhoo if we don't live in birmingham how can we help?
