As per above good advises given by others, ie
    - drink more water
    - keep head cool
    - loosen whatever headwear/imamah
    etc

Additional amal that can also be done is to use ruqyah.
    ie
recite the ruqyah below and blow onto water
    - alfatihah
    - salawat syifa
    - alwaqi'ah ayat 19, recite 7x
"From which they will neither suffer headache, nor will they be intoxicated"

    - do'a for cooling down the body

wet your head (ie hair until scalp) and neck with the ruqyah water.
Get a small towel and wet it with the ruqyah water and tie the towel onto your head (not too tight nor too loose). Leave the towel and let it dry on your head.
Lay down and make dzikr eg darood shareef while laying.

May ALLAH make easy your hardship.

    wallaahu a'lam.

Verily for every disease there is a cure
When the treatment is suitable, the disease will be cured by the permission of ALLAH 'Azza wa Jalla.

It sounds like you might be suffering from caffeine (tea, coffee, coke etc) withdrawal. If you drink coffee and or tea usually when you are not fasting, in Ramadan you might suffer from migraines when you deprive yourself from drinking tea or coffee. So you should train yourself to stop drinking these drinks or drink caffine free, or slowly cut back before Ramadan approaches so when you fast in Ramadan your body will be used to going without caffine. Research caffine addiction it is very addictive and causes many problems in the body.

Generally keeping your head warm will worsen any headache, as will stress, tension, exercise and most actions which raises blood pressure and/or heart rate. Throughout your fast try to keep as relaxed as possible inshAllah and have sabr. And absolutely ensure you consume adequate amounts of water when you can.

Aside from that...you take it as a test from Allah swt and motor through!

I had to sleep this one off but for the advice, brother. I'm back to the real world now.
