Default me again, did 'this' break my fast

i woke up late today and ran downstairs to quickly munch some food. i swallowed one bite but when i put the next bite in my mouth i looked at the clock and saw the fajr time allready came in. so i run downstairs to tell my sister but while im telling her (all panicy) so while im telling her i swallow unintentionaly. not what was in my mouth though but i could feel food going down that was still in my in the back of my throat.

did that break my fast since it was unintentionally.

what about in maliki fiqh (been thinking about switching madhabs for some time)

    (i need an answer quick)

The second wajib is to refrain from swallowing solids from the outside of the mouth/nose/ear (e.g., bread,
crackers, meat, cheese, any other food, or any object, such as a stone). As for swallowing one's own phlegm, it
does not break the fast as it did not come from outside the mouth. As for swallowing the little food between
one's teeth, it also does not break the fast. (from the GH p.188)

Also if you feel you have broken your fast, you must complete the day and make qadha`.

I hope this has been of help and your fast is accepted

No, what I mean is was it in your throat, beyond recovery (that is, was it past a point of no return) before imsak. If so you have a fast. If no, keep the fast (which Allah may accept. Since He alone no best your situation) and make qadha'. Then your covered.

I think maybe search the archives of sunnipath or listen to the audio on Hanafi fasting in the Ramadhan section here.
