swallowing nose mucus

i have really bad hayfever and all day am blowing my nose etc.
i am always in doubt weather i have broken my fast or not because sometimes the nose mucus goes down my throat.
does it invalidate my fast ?

also every time i rinse my mouth with water, i always feel some water has gone down, like it gets mixed with my saliva. r my fasts invalid ?
