Reciting Dua-e-Qunoot in witr behind Imam?

If Im praying witr behind an imam, should I recite the qunoot to myself or stay silent (Imams recitation sufficient for me)?

The imam's recitation is not sufficient since it does not count as "recitation" like how the Qur'an counts as recitation. The du'a-e-qunoot is just that: a du'a. It is obligatory to recite a du'a, whether one is behind the imam or not after the takbeer after the surah in third raka'at. The du'aa does not have to be the famous Du'a-e-qunoot but it is sunnah to recite it instead of other du'as.
