Witr after tarawee and/or after tahajjud

Assalamu aleikum

If I pray witr in congregation after tarawee, and later in the night stand for tahajjud, should I pray witr again after the tahajjud?

If only one witr prayer is to be performed, is it permissable to routinely perform it after the tarawee, because of fear of oversleeping and missing the tahajjud prayers?

You only need to pray Witr once after Isha and you can perform it right after Isha/taraweeh - that is what most ulama recommend, exactly because of the reason you've noted (i.e. missing it due to oversleeping).

Jama'at of Witr in Ramadhan is Mustahab. It should be done only in Ramadhan. To have jama'at of witr outside Ramadhan is Makruh according to Hanafi Madhab.

8 - وصلاته مع الجماعة في رمضان أفضل من أدائه منفردا آخر الليل في اختيار قاضيخان قال: "هو الصحيح" وصحح غيره خلافه.

Once you have prayed your witr in Jama'at, you do not need to repeat it later on after your Tahajjud Salah.
