Responsibility of Goods in an Online Transaction
If a buyer purchases goods online that are subsequently seized by customs in their country through no fault of the buyer or seller, who is liable for the loss of the goods? Is there a difference of opinion on the matter? Are there conditions that apply in the ruling? The sale was a credit sale and the money has not been paid yet either, but is due in a few months - we are talking about a LOT of money here.
