Assalamualikum,
I recently came across an urdu translation of a book by imam ibne qayyim titled in arabic as al jawab al kafi liman saal an id dawa e shaafi (hope the roman arabic is legible), and it seems to be a wonderful remedy for emotional and spiritual problems being faced by a lot of youth.

I would really appreciate if some knowledgable brothers can suggest/discuss if this book is beneficial for everyone and can be recommended for reading?

The translation in urdu that ihave is by maulana muhammad ismail godharwi and is published by international islamic university, islamabad.
