If I am doing Maghrib prayer and am on the third rak'at when the adhan for Isha prayer starts, will my maghrib prayer be in order? Or will I have to gadha maghrib? Please answer as soon as possible

your maghrib solat is valid. No need to make qadha.
The determining factor is that you have to perform at least 1 full rakaat inside the prescribed time. If you are not able to perform 1 full rakaat inside the prescribed time, your solat is not valid, and have to make qadha.

the salaah will be valid, but there will be some sin involved for it passing into the esha time, so make sure you ask forgiveness for that after esha

I would also like to know as well. I read this post a few months ago, and I couldn't find more info. I read slow, and there are times in the winter when things get hectic, so I'm curious.
I would assume it's still valid, just that it's counts as a Qadha, because I don't think the start of the next salat invalidates the previous, regardless of the rakah you're in (which is instead use to guage whether it was regular or Qadha), but of course correction/confirmation will be better.
Hadith from Abu Hurairah r.a.hu, Rasulullah s.a.w. said:
"Whoever could get one Rak'at (of the Fajr prayer) before sunrise, he has got the (morning) prayer and whoever could get one Rak'at of the'Asr prayer before sunset, he has got the ('Asr) prayer."
- muttafaq 'Alaih.
This is the view hold by Shafi'e madzhab.
