A question for any scholars, should Sajda Tilawat be performed immediately after rwading such ayah?
And if you are for example doing Hifz of an Ayah which has Sajda Tilawat, how often should the Sajda be performed?

There are some 13 line Indo Pak Quraan's which have all the 14 sajdahs mentioned on a special page telling where they are located.
As for the question, although I am no scholar, I pretty sure if you are doing Hifz of an ayah then if you read that ayat in the same spot any number of times you only have to do sadjah once.
Asalaamu Alaykum
Do not be Stingy with Durood on Nabi :saw:
well...Aren't YOU going to say it?

As Salam u Alaykum Br, Good question Ma-shaa-Allah.
1. Sajda Tilawah must be performed right after you recite an Sajdah Aayat, but for any reason you couldnt do it you can make it up afterwards also. The Sajdah Tilaawah is Waajib.
2. There are 2 scenarios in your 2nd part of your question.
a) if you are reciting the same Aayat e Sajdah repeatedly you have to do only one Sajdah.
b) and if you are reciting the Aayat e Sajdah and you are changing places ( say....like you are reciting while walking or you read the Aayat at one place and now you are reciting it in a different place ), then you have to do Sajdas equal to the number times you have recited it.
Hope this answer will satisfy you in-shaa-Allah.
