It can be an angel or it can be a Jinn. Whatever it was, the important thing is that you woke up for Fajr. Thank Allah for that.

It is better to believe that it was an Angel... I would rather believe Allah would send an angel to wake someone up for fajr.... Be positive... there is a hadith Qudsi, in which Allah says, "I am in the opinion of my servant." It is better to believe Allah sent an angel...
