i have some question about this hadith(Abdullaah ibn Mas’ood reported that the Prophet (Peace & Blessings of Allaah be upon Him) said: "The world will not come to an end until the Arabs are ruled by a man from my family whose name will be the same as mine." (Musnad Ahmad, 5/199, hadeeth 3573. Another version says: "… whose name is the same as mine and whose father’s name is the same as my father’s." Sunan Abi Dawud, 11/370)......
my questions are which version of hadith is more authentic one stating that his name will be same as mine or the other with...whose name is the same as mine and whose father’s name is the same as my father’s." ??plz comment with respect to sunni books of ilm-rijal by ibn-hajar asqalani and imam dhahbi(zahbi)?? my question question is that i heard that sahih bukhari(regarding imam madi the holy nabi(saw) states the hadith with the words that his father name will be same as mine,can u tell me where is located in english translation of sahih bukhari,with exact reference also kindly translate(as i donot know arabic) me the commentary of ibn-hajr asqalani(fateh bari) on this hadith on imam mehdi by Nabi(saw)which states that his father name will be same as my name.i heard that imam dahabi critized the narrators of this hadith in bukhari which state that his father name will be same as my father and imam zahbi declared it forged?is this true bro.salman 3)in sahih tirrimzi,imam tirimzi declared only that version oh this hadith to be sahih stated by hazrat abdullah bin masud(ra) in which is without additional phrase..his father name will be same as of my name?restof versions with additional phrase..his father name will be same as of my name were not declared sahih...what do u say bro.salman???3)according to authentic hadiths what is the correct sunni position ..sahi sunni veiw that imam mahdi will be from progeny of imam hassan or imam hussain?from progeny of which imam hassan or hussain?plz plz reply in great detail brother salman.i have a lot of confusion regarding this..plz reply in detail
